The I-Ching Tree of Life Workbook by Richard Stephen Crowl is the result of 25 years of inner research. You may recognize some of the ancient I-Ching structure in the I-Ching Tree of Life and that is why the Tree of Life is being called the I-Ching Tree of Life. You may also recognize some of the ancient archetypes of astrology and numerology in the I-Ching Tree of Life. The delineation or mythological story associated with those archetypes is mostly the same as those in traditional Western astrology and numerology. The author saw the potential for the I-Ching Tree of Life to actually be the creative origin for the archetypes of astrology, numerology and the I-Ching and their historical delineation. Since the archetypes are, by definition, the creation models for the origin of existence, it logically follows that they would be the same creation forces as the I-Ching Tree of Life. The mental / spiritual revelation is that the archetypes of astrology and numerology are actually Life creating Life.
The I-Ching Tree of Life Workbook is not a finished work because it would take more than one lifetime for one person to finish it. However, the workbook is sufficiently finished to provide convincing evidence that the I-Ching Tree of Life is truly a valid origin for the creation of the archetypes of astrology, numerology, and the I-Ching and a valid model for the creation of a perfect universe. This workbook is not intended to answer all of the questions about the I-Ching Tree of Life. The reader is expected to figure out some of that. The I-Ching Tree of Life Workbook by Richard Stephen Crowl will be one of the few sources available for help with its understanding. There are sections of the workbook that are easier to read and there are sections that will be harder to read. Some of the workbook’s graphics are complex and detailed. What appears as normal science graphics is usually also sacred geometry for the subject matter and serves to more clearly explain the creation of existence.
If the reader wants to fully understand the I-Ching Tree of Life, he/she needs to see the archetypal states as more than just symbols or concepts. At the level of the God Seed what is being created is resonant with God Essence. The Original Creation Power of the God Stem-Cell Seed blazes with virtually infinite intensity – similar to what we imagine at the origin of the big bang in the Super–Galactic Center of the universe. Now realize that Essence Energy never stops flowing into its own Creation. God Essence is a realm “with eyes too pure see iniquity” because it aggressively changes everything it contacts back into its Di-vine Plan for perfection much like the stem cells do in our body. There is no Free Will in the God Essence realm. God Essence Energy is the purification and the healing energy of Love, Purity, Peace, Power, Light, etc that changes all imperfection back into its original perfection.
So now you see that the archetypal consciousness state, God Essence, is so much more than a mental concept. The archetypes of the I-Ching Tree of Life are made-up of simultaneously co-existing, realities, realms, worlds, dimensions, kingdoms or existences which, cohesively unified, create God’s Divine Plan. These kingdoms are hierarchical in that they are evolved in a cohesive, step-by-step process that progresses in a binary harmonic manner from God Essence to human physicality and back to God Essence. These kingdoms are also hierarchical in the sense that the archetypal realms created can only be “activated” after the archetypal purpose of the previous hierarchical state has been fully fulfilled. Loose one link in the chain and the I-Ching Tree of Life is no longer a cohesive system. They are not hierarchical in the sense that the archetypes are simultaneously, co-existing realms of existence – no one realm is more important than another. In its entirety, the I-Ching Tree of Life is a holistic archetypal, holographic, stem-cell seed existence which expands outward and inward simultaneously by replicating itself holistically with virtually infinite power.
Hints to Help You Understand the I-Ching Tree of Life
The following hints are important reading if you want to fully understand why certain choices were made to keep the I-Ching Tree of Life a truly cohesive grand unification theory (GUT) messaging for the creation of a cohesive and unified Living Universe.
• It is a Creation Theory. It starts with God Creating an Original Essence Seed that unfolds into a cohesive tree of archetypal instructions for creating a Perfect Universe. The universe is made up of nothing but this holistic and reproducing and unfolding God Seed which is experienced by our emotional bodies as healing Love, Peace and Perfection beyond imagination.
• It is an Evolutionary Theory. God’s Original Essence Stem-Cell Seed unfolds its facets as self-generating and self-delineating binary harmonic evolutionary archetypes. To delineate the unfolding parts of the I-Ching Tree of Life correctly requires being thoroughly consistent and thoroughly cohesive with each subsequent Unfolding of the Original Essence Stem-Cell Seed. Unfolding of the entire plan occured in the blink of an eye and creates an entire universe of archetypal forms. Thus the universe is holographic – made up only of Stem Cell Seeds evolved (unfolded) to various levels of unfolding – usually highly complex.
• It is God’s Divine Plan which is a quantum multi-dimensional evolutionary plan with no space or time components. It is a step-by-step unfolding evolutionary plan with archetypes of Life creating more archetypes of Life. Each step in the plan must be completed before the next step is activated. That makes it an evolutionary plan. The fact that archetypal Life is creating archetypal Life also makes it an evolutionary plan.
• Another thing that makes it an evolutionary plan is that the character and function of each archetype is built resonant with that which was built before it. However, watch out for the overarching yin and yang binary harmonic evolutionary shifts – the big shifts. Evolutionary shifts are a natural component of binary harmonic expansion and require an understanding of their own.
• Numerology can be used to track and tag the resonances of past, present, future, and binary harmonic archetypal states because all states must evolve resonantly in all these directions simultaneously. Knowing this helps immensely in figuring out what the character and function of each archetype is. The character and function of each archetype is based on its position in the the structure of the I-Ching Tree of Life. The character and function of each archetype is not intuited. Evolutionary expansion is rational, resonant, consistent, and cohesive in both physical and metaphysical realms of reality.
The I-Ching Tree of Life Workbook is a collection of research findings on whether the I-Ching can function as an Archetypal Tree of all natural Life in existence. There are many, many versions of the Tree of Life on the internet today, so let’s be clear about what kind of Tree of Life the Workbook is analyzing. The Archetypal Tree of Life is an archetypal Life creation from beginning to ending, and thus is being considered as God’s Divine Plan for the creation of a Perfect Living Universe. When most of us think of archetypal systems, we think of numerology, astrology, and other such archetypal systems.
Few people, if any, think of the I-Ching in numerology or archetypal terms. However, the author of the I-Ching Tree of Life Workbook has a special Soul resonance with the archetypes and he typically thinks archetypally about nearly everything. As such, it was natural for the author to explore the I-Ching as an archetypal system. As it turns out, the I-Ching not only makes a good archetypal system, it makes a good Mother of All Archetypal Systems – creating all the other comprehensive archetypal systems.

You will eventually become aware of the archetypes because your whole being is made-up of archetypes at your core and everywhere in between. You are eternally being taught, step-by-step, about God’s Divine Plan through the archetypes of your being. You have probably already had one or more major shifts in archetypal consciousness just in this lifetime alone. It is part of God’s Divine Plan that you will eventually wake up to the fact that half of your being is internalizing and metaphysical and that half of your being is physical and externalizing.
Very little information has come down through history about the I-Ching’s archetypal design. What did survive through history came to us as pieces of a puzzle that had to be unscrambled. There have been several woodcuts found down throughout history that are attributed to the ancient Chinese Sage King Fu Hsi, who is also credited with creating what is now called the First Heaven Arrangement of the I-Ching trigrams and hexagrams. As it turns out, the First Heaven Arrangement of the I-Ching resonates very nicely with the archetypal ordering of the I-Ching Tree of Life. That is important because the Natural Unfolding of the Trigrams and Hexagrams actually determine the character and function of each archetypal state in the Archetypal Tree of Life. In other words, the position of each archetypal state within the Archetypal Tree of Life literally determines its archetypal character, function, and purpose.
The solution to the I-Ching Tree of Life puzzle was revealed to the author through several spiritual visions. They are being called spiritual visions because the information had no rational basis to the author at the time the information was revealed to him. It took 25 years for him to understand the full intent of the I-Ching Tree of Life. For the author, the process fulfilled his Soul Destiny to create a Philosophy of Life that comprehensively resonates with all of Natural Existence. The authors first vision described how to create the 64 hexagrams of the I-Ching from scratch in such a way that the hexagrams are self-generating and self-delineating. That 10 second vision turned out to create the I-Ching Tree of Life graphic of Externalized Yin Physical Existence. His second vision described how to create the Tai-Chi graphic (I-Ching Yin/Yang symbol) from scratch. That vision turned out to create the I-Ching Tree of Life graphic of both Interiorized Yang and exteriorized Yin Existence. His third vision described to him how to create the Holy Trinity graphic from scratch. That vision turned out to unite the whole I-Ching Tree of Life graphic. Together, these visions created the entire Tree of Life based on the I-Ching binary harmonic evolutionary structure.
